Challenge
Family caregivers often juggle schedules, medications, and updates across scattered tools, leading to missed appointments and burnout.
Approach
I conducted co-design sessions with caregivers and clinicians. The resulting platform centralizes schedules, tasks, and health updates in a shared, compassionate interface.
Outcome
Pilot users reported a 40% reduction in time spent coordinating care and higher confidence in managing medications.
